About Ng Keng Chye
KENG CHYE is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Keng Chye has been a practicing lawyer since 1994 dealing in litigation and dispute resolution matters, specialising in corporate and commercial law. He also has experience dealing in the field of family/divorce law, as well as criminal matters.
He obtained a law degree with distinction from the London School of Economics and Political Science and was called to the English Bar in 1993 and the Singapore Bar in 1994. He has appeared on numerous contentious matters before the State Courts, High Court and the Court of Appeal.
He has also represented clients in international and domestic arbitrations with various arbitration institutions, notably the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). He is also an active mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) and Beihai Asia International Arbitration Centre (BAIAC). He is also the legal advisor to a few clan associations in Singapore.
Keng Chye was previously the principal partner of a China Law Practice in Singapore. In that capacity he manages the Singapore office and attends to China clients. He is fluent in English and Chinese.”
